Payment Methods Accepted

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Cheques and Money Orders in Australian dollars, cash, and direct deposit. Other methods by arrangement. Academic institutions and regular customers invoiced upon request.

Postage Rates

Postage rates will be displayed automatically during the check-out process, according to your location. These rates are the maximum that we will charge you without further consultation. If the actual charge is lower than that quoted, we will charge you the lower amount. If the actual charge is significantly higher than that quoted, we shall contact you to authorise the extra charge. We will never charge you more than the checkout amount without first gaining your approval. International orders are sent via airmail at discounted rates. For large volume international orders, we are able to arrange low-cost seamail if desired.

Displayed Currency

All prices on this site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The Australian dollar is worth in the region of 1.00 USD, 0.65 GBP and 0.75 Euro. The latest exact conversion rates can be found online at the Oanda Currency Converter.

Credit card payments will be charged in Australian dollars and converted into your local currency by your bank or card provider.

Returns

Books that have been incorrectly described may be returned for a full refund of book price and postage both ways, but please contact us first.
